Refund& Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly so you can get your fizzy fun fast. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products (consumable and handmade), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, we will gladly refund or replace your order if it arrives damaged, broken, or you receive the wrong item.
To request a refund or replacement:
contactus@bomdrop.in within 7 days of delivery
order number and a photo of the issue
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, it will be Credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If it’s taking longer, check with your bank or credit card provider before reaching out to us. All the approved Exchanged and Replacements of damaged product will be completed with 15 business working days.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect. If that’s the case, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order. If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and cover return shipping only if the issue was our fault.
